Meal Plan; 1-5 May – Visit the Viking Homeland!

Last week was excellent. I got to spend ten days back home in the native Viking land of Denmark, much to the dismay of my Viking family that I left behind in the US.

They were not angry with me leaving and understood it was time for me to visit my family. The last time I was in Denmark was in the summer of 2017, so long overdue, especially since we couldn’t travel few years due to the damn COVID restrictions.

I’ll update this post soon with some pictures and updates from Denmark.

Nuking More Food

As you noticed last week, I made a shitload of food for the family while I was out. All they had to do was to select a bag, nuke it or slowly heat it on the stove.

Since I only arrived back home on Monday evening, I have decided to continue this week in the Duke Nukem style and continue to free up space in the freezer.

So, nothing exotic except that we do not know what is in each bag or box, as I forgot to label them … oops!

Have a fantastic week, my friends. I hope you enjoy these meal plans. It is much easier to make food in advance, although you must invest several hours preparing meals during the weekend.
