Kids are starting back in school today – or at least hybrid. Our two daughters will be home two days and in school two days, while our son will be in school four days a week.
This means we have to start the days much earlier as the kids will be back on school buses. They will have more homework, and I don’t want to run around during the week trying to cook something.
I’m preparing meals for the week. Granted, I spend most of my Sunday in the kitchen, but it is well worth the effort.
One day, I might get so organized that I will link the meals below to my recipes. We can only live in hope!
I can highly recommend planning. It saves money, time and significantly reduces stress. You and your family will be able to have nice sit-down meals during the week.
