Spring is here! Even better, spring break is starting next weekend, and the kids are excited to be off from school – despite not being in school much. Hybrid schooling is not ideal.
After spring break, the kids are apparently starting back full time in school again. They are very excited about getting back into their daily routines and meeting friends again – in person.
One day, I might get so organized that I will link the meals below to my recipes. We can only live in hope!
There’s a high chance that i will not post a meal plan for the spring break week. Each day is relaxation and we might take a few day trips to sights around the great state of new York. So much to see and experience.
You can nuke the food in the microwave or slowly defrost it on the kitchen counter. Once defrosted, you heat it gently on the stove or in the oven. Easy school dinners.
