Sweet mother of Jesus! The snow is actually melting, and at a rapid pace now. The driveway is getting wider again, as the mountains of snow is reducing, extending the sides of the pathways. Only challenge, now all the dog’s leftovers (poo) is getting visible again.
One day, I might get so organized that I will link the meals below to my recipes. We can only live in hope!
The freezer left-over week went very well, and we cleared a lot of space. I don’t mind freezing food, but I don’t like having the food in the freezer too long. I’ve heard that you can easily keep meals in the freezer for 3-6 months, assuming it has been packaged well.
You can nuke the food in the microwave or slowly defrost it on the kitchen counter. Once defrosted, you heat it gently on the stove or in the oven. Easy school dinners.
