Meal Plan; 14 – 20 March

We had a beautiful week with sun and warmer temperatures. It is almost as if winter has finally departed, although we still have more snow on the next week’s forecast. But spring is definitely around the corner. It is time to increase the visits to the Traeger outdoor kitchen as we prepare some delicious meals for the family.

One day, I might get so organized that I will link the meals below to my recipes. We can only live in hope!

I’m meeting with the knuckleheads this evening, so I’m out of family action for some hours – and might get a little tipsy as we eat food grilled over the firepit.

I was up early, as always, and already did grocery shopping. Sunday will be dedicated to preparing all the meals. I love spending all day in the kitchen with great music, my son and impress the family with some nice dishes for the coming week. The TV is showing premier league football. Perfect Sunday!

The house is filled with all kinds of amazing seats from the various spices, vegetables, and meats that are being prepared.

You can nuke the food in the microwave or slowly defrost it on the kitchen counter. Once defrosted, you heat it gently on the stove or in the oven. Easy school dinners.
