The snow showed absolutely no sign of leaving, and Mother Nature decided to dump a few more inches. Our snow piles grew as we cleared the drive- and walkways, running out of places to put all the snow. On the bright side, it is excellent cardio exercise.
We had the annual trip to IKEA and spent a couple of evenings assembling furniture for the oldest Viking offspring, as she has taken over the recently converted attic.
One day, I might get so organized that I will link the meals below to my recipes. We can only live in hope!
Kids are back in school, assuming no more snow days in February, so we have to plan for lunches this week. That means more baking and simple yet hearty dishes that are easy to heat up.
I have a busy week at work and will be working late Wednesday evening. That means preparing a nice soup for the family midweek easy to heat up. Meal plans are all about preparing dishes that are easy to reheat.
Less Traeger meals on the menu this week. I might find a few excuses to prepare some meat,
